With ambitious goals ahead of us this year, we believe that the time is right to begin building out our Learning & Development (L&D) team at Reddit.

Our L&D team, which sits under our greater People & Culture team, is committed to building learning experiences that are aimed at up-skilling our Snoos (employees) and making them better in their roles. We empower Snoos to learn and grow everyday, from each other. If you are a builder, and are ready to help set the foundation for L&D at Reddit as we grow and scale our business internationally, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented L&D Program Manager who is passionate about building holistic, innovative and impactful L&D programs to help develop the next generation of Reddit’s leaders.

This role supports the end-to-end management of our core L&D programs: onboarding, leadership, key talent and professional development. This includes opportunities to oversee the design, development, delivery, and evaluation. You will have the unique and exciting opportunity to develop best-in-class L&D programs from the ground up!

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the primary thought partner for how we execute our L&D programs, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with our Talent Management philosophy
  • Partner with the broader L&D team to improve and iterate on Reddit’s current onboarding, leadership, key talent, and professional development programs.
  • Build internal and curate external learning experiences to help Snoos (employees) and People Leaders sharpen their individual skills, drive results, develop teams, and be a role-model
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of L&D to help build a learning community for our People Leaders
  • Work with stakeholders and senior leaders to determine development needs and work quickly to identify, build and implement learning solutions
  • Develop an evaluation strategy for each L&D program, partnering with Senior Manager to produce L&D business updates to our stakeholders

What We Can Expect From You:

  • 5-8 years of experience in designing and developing training programs end-to-end, from conception through implementation
  • Self-driven and excel at translating leadership development strategy into actions that help drive results across the organization
  • Effective communication to senior leaders and stakeholders to gain alignment
  • Strong collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Pragmatic; you take an iterative approach to creating new learning experiences
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in learning and technology
  • Ability to navigate confidential information with professional maturity
  • Genuinely likes helping others and has a service-oriented mindset
