Achievement is seeking a Program Manager to focus on engagement excellence in our consumer programs, and in our newest and most innovative whole health solutions. Reporting to the Director of Achievement Programs, this role will support the execution of the Achievement roadmap by delivering new program experiences to meaningfully engage our 4 million+ Achievement members. This role will also partner cross functionally to design and execute experiments to optimize consumer-facing offerings, initiatives, and campaigns. As part of the broader Operations team, they will be responsible for monitoring program performance and relevant KPIs to track and improve the quality of the user experience.

This role requires a broad range of skills, including, but not limited to, complex problem solving, solutions engineering, ability to take piece parts and make them a program, cross-functional collaboration, project/budget scoping, project and relationship management, as well as the ability to understand and clearly articulate trade-offs, drive clarity, and find the win/win for all parties in all situations.  

Candidates must be eager to learn, collaborative, and a proven team leader and influencer, and will be expected to support the day-to-day activities of existing programs. Ability to think high level as well as dive into the day to day work with the Operations team is a must. We are looking for individuals who thrive when given the freedom to create things from scratch and work with cross-functional stakeholders. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly manage the implementation of consumer-facing programs and cross-functional initiatives
  • Develop user journey mapping and insights on member experience in partnership with Product and Data Science teams
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and top opportunity areas to improve the Achievement user experience through novel program offerings and interventions
  • Proactively develop and execute new programming opportunities to delight users and maximize their engagement 
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement optimal solutions to enhance user experience 
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize program engagement
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving through situations with ambiguity to develop and move the program function and individual programs forward in a meaningful way
  • Develop programs and execute day to day work to make it successful

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS
  • 5+ years relevant experience in Customer Experience, Operations, Marketing or Product Development
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management fundamentals
  • You have strong knowledge and understanding of user experience and demonstrated expertise in consumer app engagement
  • Strong team player with proven ability to lead through influence
  • Extensive experience and successful track record working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MA/MS, MBA, PhD) preferred
  • 8+ years program/delivery experience
  • Experience with clinical, digital health, or healthcare projects/programs
  • Start-up experience with companies or consumer facing products 
  • Project management certifications/training
  • Familiarity with software development environment
