The Role
In this newly created role, the Program Manager will be responsible for operationally managing partner marketing co-marketing programs and driving innovation across North America. Reporting into the Director of Partner Marketing, North America, this person must be equal parts strategic, innovative, detail oriented and a strong team player.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage organizational workflows for co-marketing campaign spend, tracking and reporting
Work cross functionally with growth and analytics to measure activations and campaigns at the program level on a regular basis
Define what success looks like for our partners
Collaborate with members of the North America Partner Marketing team to recommend tactics to our merchants that deliver upon our strategic partnership goals
Build and iterate executional playbooks for campaigns that can be packaged and delivered across a range of merchant types
Develop a dashboard for tracking co-marketing spend and impact to the business in conjunction with Finance, Growth and Analytics
Observe and identify opportunities for improvement in how we manage partners in partnership with Director
Responsible for presenting learnings and insights to cross functional team on a monthly basis
Create scaled resources to enable the Partner Marketing function to operate seamlessly
Minimum Qualifications
5+ Program management experience creating process
5+ Project management experience emphasizing attention to detail
Prior experience at a consulting firm preferred
Experience in process improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with proven ability to manage multiple demands successfully
Experience managing through ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization
Ability to anticipate and adapt to new situations and/or changing demands and able to respond proactively
