The ideal candidate has the drive to take ownership of complex and sometimes ambiguous projects & programs and forge a path forward for these programs. We are looking for a data-driven and analytical professional who is customer obsessed and team oriented, and can build strong relationships within the organization. While experience working with presales, Sales engineering or Solution Engineering functions is a plus, the ability to work autonomously, take ownership and drive programs to outcomes is a must!
What will your impact be?
Oversee key programs within the solution engineering org to drive an effective customer engagement strategy. Work closely with the Global VP of solution engineering and refine program strategy for existing programs.
Design and Develop programs at scale to drive efficiency across the global solution engineering organization. Work closely with the regional SE leaders (NA, EU, APAC/MEA, Partnerships) to identify areas where a programmatic approach would help.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with cross functional organizations such as Onboarding and Customer Success to drive seamless customer experiences.
Own the global roll out of the Demo Engineering Program at Freshworks. This involves the creation of a thoughtful and meticulous process for supporting deals as well as curated demo experiences. Work with our global solution engineering leadership to support this roll out.
Work closely with our Value Engineering team to create 6-12 month roll out plans. Drive adoption of value engineering across our global sales organizations. Work with Sales Leadership to provide analytics and insights related to value engineering impact.
Drive programmatic discipline for our Win/Loss program. Design and build sustainable workflows to capture win/loss information globally. Create dashboards to provide insights and work with leadership to roll out corrective measures to reduce losses.
Assist with the communication strategy for the global solution engineering org. Work closely with the global SE leaders to drive quarterly all-hands and newsletters. Play a critical role in designing a rewards and recognition strategy for the org.
Assist with the creation and implementation of consistent OKRs across the org. Understand global business nuances to create regional flavors of the OKRs as appropriate. Participate in the quarterly measurement of these OKRs across the organization.
Oversee the New Hire Onboarding process for Solution Engineering in conjunction with our central employee enablement team. Create and roll out global employee onboarding programs to ensure efficient and high-quality new SE ramp.
What we’re looking for
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other degree requiring analytical aptitude or equivalent relevant work experience.
Any program management certifications are desirable but not required.
3-5 years of program/project management, and/or Technology/Ops analyst experience preferred. Any experience with Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Engineering is a massive plus!
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of cross-functional teams, and strong interpersonal skills for supporting and advising SE teams on proper systems and processes.
Strong attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to view issues and concerns from multiple perspectives, and to keep the “big picture” in focus.
Ability to manage a flexible work schedule and work with Global SE leaders across time zones.
