We’re looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team to help accelerate revenue growth within SMB. In this role, you’ll define, develop, and manage marketing programs with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, growth, and revenue. We need a strategist who is comfortable leading a wide variety of initiatives and working with multiple systems, teams, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Webinars: initiate and manage regular webinars, in collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, customer support, content, product management, etc.) for SMB
Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of our webinar strategy and implement improvements as required
Conduct, gather and analyze market research to identify new lead generation opportunities and channels that support our KPIs
Own our content syndication strategy and 3rd party partner relationships
Own the performance analysis and optimization of your demand gen/lead gen channels
Manage and support multi-channel marketing programs that grow acquisition revenue within the SMB base
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree with Marketing focus
5+ years in demand generation and webinar program marketing roles
Proven ability to partner with and influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Product, Creative, etc)
Background in working collaboratively with Analytics, Marketing Ops, Finance, and other teams
Excellent attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills
Goals and results driven. Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced team environment
Strong webinar platform webinar experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve
Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive successful marketing programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing speakers, 3rd party agencies and partners
Salesforce and Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation platform) experience a plus
