About the opportunity:
 

The Program Manager will be working on a cross functional process between policy team, operations, and engineers. We are looking for a professional to take ownership as the primary Program Manager. He will help with team management, analyzing the internal process to find new solutions and strategies to improve and turn into a more effective process for the team.

Required Qualifications:
 

• Solid experience in Program Management
• BA/BS in Computer Science or similar.
• Technical aptitude, coming from a Computer Science/Database background
• Experience with supply chain and logistics (e.g. ERP, WMS, PIM, etc.)
• Experience with JIRA and Salesforce.
• Experience working with an internal tools project.
• Excellent communication and speaking skills required.
• Eager to learn and take initiative.
• Exceptional negotiation skills across a myriad of audiences; can successfully
• advocate both business-facing and IT technology solutions among peers and to
• executive leadership.
• Sound business judgment: the ability to identify the business objectives, develop
• and implement a business strategy on projects; capable of making reliable business
• decisions during execution.
• Good problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

Nice to Have:
 

• Experience with the Agile development process preferred.
