About the role:
- Cisco Meraki is looking for a project coordinator to help with the execution of strategic and operational projects that will improve the lives of our Support team
- You will be working alongside and embedded with our Support development and Program Management teams, and you’ll directly feel the positive impact that your projects have on our grateful users!
- This role will focus on coordination and assistance on projects and programs that improve and sustain our Support teams’ tools and processes.

- A typical work week might consist of:
- Organizing the end-user testing phase for a team migrating to Salesforce Lightning, in collaboration with the Support team leads
- Following up with stakeholders for updates and feedback on the latest strategic project to add a new Salesforce Service Console feature
- Coordinating and running OKR meetings with Support's senior leaders and other key contributors
- Working with Project Managers and developers to make sure the right tickets are included in the next sprint. Capture relevant data points after the sprint and publish insightful metrics
Primary responsibilities:40% Project coordination and assistance
- Assist Project Managers on large, sophisticated projects that serve to improve day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for Support
- Get involved in and contribute to every stage of key projects and ensure steady progress by driving the various organizational and administrative tasks needed to project success
- Prepare project documentation and updates, meeting minutes, emails, user stories and ensure project-related information is tracked properly
- Coordinate and supervise project activities, collect and report on the data points needed for project tracking
- Participate in the intake process by gathering needs and data coming from our Support business partners as we prioritize business needs
- Be the helpful and reliable coordinator the team knows they can count on
40% Process and initiatives assistance
- Ensure successful adoption of internal processes with the right amount of documentation, communication and training
- Bring your sharp presentation and communication skills to craft roadmaps, communications and documentation intended to a Support wide audience
- Join forces with Support Senior leaders to handle key activities of the Support quarterly strategy process
- Drive quality in our systems of records by running quality checks and following up with our users. Propose ideas and lead initiatives to improve system adoption and data quality
- Help collect and aggregate key data points about Project Management and Software development processes

Preferred qualifications:
- Prefer experience with Support or Service organizations
- Consistent record of successful project coordination or assistance efforts and related training & documentation work
- Direct experience with Agile software development lifecycles and practices
- Excellent presentation, meeting planning, and oral and written communication experience
- Flexibility and ability to switch context in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to take directions and work independently
- Bachelor's degree
- Working experience with project management tooling and workflows (Jira, Wrike, etc.) is a plus
- Salesforce Admin certifications, or confirmed examples of Salesforce administration/configuration work are a big plus
