Nuna’s products are built to help deliver value-based care, at scale, across the United States healthcare system. Value-based healthcare is a delivery model where providers are paid based on patient health outcomes, instead of traditional fee for service arrangements, driving delivery of higher quality care for patients at lower cost. Today, value-based care is incredibly difficult to operationalize so we’re making it easier with products that enable automated, accurate, and transparent operation of value-based payments.

Nuna’s Customer Solutions team is a forward-deployed, customer-focused team dedicated to the efficient delivery of our Value-Based Payment suite to customers, changing the face of healthcare in the United States.

YOUR IMPACT 

Project Coordinators partner with Implementation Program Managers to ensure each customer implementation runs smoothly across workstreams and customers. Their  excellent communication and organizational skills allow  them to easily navigate both external customer and internal team relationships. They help our subject matter experts, software engineers and data analysts focus on the most critical tasks of an implementation. They track details, motivate teams and maintain consensus to ensure we deliver timely, quality implementations.

YOUR OPPORTUNITIES

You will be responsible for supporting Implementation Program Managers in the following:

  • Project managing teams as we onboard new clients and iteratively launch features and enhancements.
  • Developing, communicating  and maintaining timelines and milestones 
  • Managing  and tracking  the daily work necessary for the implementation, ensuring team members understand top priorities and complete work on time and with minimal churn.
  • Spotting  and removing  impediments to the team’s progress to expedite the completion of work.
  • Capturing meeting minutes and action items, sharing them out to the appropriate parties, including customers.

YOU BRING

  • 2 years’ work experience in healthcare technology preferably in support of health plans and value-based payment arrangements 
  • Experience working in a nimble, agile environment.
  • Experience supporting  UAT processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen problem solving abilities.
  • An extremely organized and detail-oriented approach to work..
