As a Project Manager, Scaled Programs, you will report to the Director of Trust and Safety and you will establish and improve operational processes by identifying and delivering completed scaled projects and, in partnership with stakeholders across our company, drive sustained progress across all abuse areas for Safety Operations.What you'll be doing
- Use quantitative and qualitative methods to synthesize clear takeaways and recommendations for complex business problems
- Manage strategic projects from initial conception through implementation across multiple abuse and focus areas
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage expectations and drive consensus
- Identify gaps across teams, develop root cause analyses, and proactively propose and lead continuous improvements in response to changing circumstances
- Launch and optimize workflows and assist Policy, Product, and Trust & Safety teams in the development of operational policies, tools, and solutions
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout a project's lifecycle, including senior leadership
What you should have
- 5+ years work experience in project and/or program management, strategy or related roles
- Analytical backbone––you easily gather and present data to inform decisions and the ongoing tracking of success metrics
- Strategic problem solving––you find opportunities for improvement, and you're motivated to lead initiatives from start to finish
- Strong stakeholder management skills––you're adept at improving processes you don't directly own, and know how to leverage the skills of multiple disparate teams
- Hyper-organization––you have experience managing several projects at once with competing priorities
- Comfort with ambiguity––in ever-evolving situations, you approach projects with positivity and are excited to guide them through completion
