The Role:
Carrot is seeking a Provider Relations Manager, West, Central, and Mountain US to join our US Clinic Operations team and manage a region of our US clinic operations. Our team enables multinational companies to offer a fertility benefits program that gives their employees access to fertility clinics and other providers to support their fertility and family forming journeys. As part of the US Clinic Operations team, you will work with strategic healthcare leaders and operators, and externally with world-class fertility clinics. You will report to our Senior Manager of US Clinic Operations and collaborate with colleagues managing other regions and areas of our US operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on collaboration, communication, partnerships, and operations. A central aspect of this role will be establishing and maintaining strong relationships with fertility clinics and developing workflows integral to achieving company goals and objectives while scaling Carrot's business.
Responsibilities
- Grow and Manage Clinic Relationships - Build, grow, and maintain relationships with Carrot's community of fertility clinics and providers to facilitate a smooth customer and member experience for clinic operations in the region
- Lead and Support Clinic Operations for the Region - Manage various operating needs such as audits, data collection, and analysis, and implementing clinic-focused programs to further develop and expand our operations
- Strategize and Manage Complex Projects - Lead projects and initiatives focused on data-driven results with the ability to use analytical skills to iterate and create or improve existing processes
- Collaborate with Internal Teams - Provide resources and support requests from other teams at Carrot related to US clinic operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of professional experience managing operational projects, building relationships with healthcare providers and communicating with various stakeholders
- Healthcare partnership and relationship builder
- Experience working with healthcare companies/providers in an operations and/or relationship management role
- Strong partnership management and relationship building skills with the ability to balance operational and company needs
- Understanding of US healthcare system including but not limited to the ecosystem touching insurance, benefits, and healthcare providers
- Strategic, organized, and results-driven operator
- Proven track record of high performance in a metrics-driven operational role
- Collaborative and supportive team player able to work with teammates on new initiatives and processes
- Organized and high attention to detail
- Empathetic communicator with various stakeholders
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, when communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Highly motivated and mission-driven
- Working knowledge of and passion for the fertility and family forming space to support Carrot’s mission of fertility care for all
- Growth mindset with the ability to listen to and share feedback
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Keynote, and Zendesk is a plus
