YOUR TEAM

Nuna’s products are built to help deliver value-based care, at scale, across the United States healthcare system. Value-based healthcare is a delivery model where providers are paid based on patient health outcomes, instead of traditional fee for service arrangements, driving delivery of higher quality care for patients at lower cost. Today, value-based care is incredibly difficult to operationalize so we’re making it easier with products that enable automated, accurate, and transparent operation of value-based payments. 

Nuna’s Customer Solutions team is a forward-deployed, customer-focused team dedicated to the efficient delivery of our Value-Based Payment product suite to customers. 

YOUR IMPACT

As a Release Manager, you will work with our Product development and Customer Solutions teams, providing the focus and organization needed to deliver high quality software. You will build customer trust and confidence in both our Product and our services through delivering consistent releases, combined with transparency around status and planning of release activities. You are passionate about identifying and driving continuous process improvements to optimize Nuna’s cross functional teams and Product delivery. 

YOUR OPPORTUNITIES

  • Own the release lifecycle end to end - Coordinate the activity of various teams (Solutions, Product, Engineering, Quality, Release Engineering, etc) to scope, schedule, coordinate, implement, QA, deploy, troubleshoot 
  • Ensure timely, clear, and concise release related communications both internally and externally to clients
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks that affect release delivery timeline and quality
  • Manage the big picture of Production releases across all clients and products, while also being able to focus on the details within each release. 
  • Build process around status reporting, release documentation and change management across products
  • Implement and optimize processes and tools that support shipping quality releases on time
  • Collaborate with other teams (Engineering, QA) to identify quality issues early in a release cycle 

YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of two years experience in a Release Management role involving cross functional collaboration OR equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education.
  • Expert knowledge of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle, what it takes to ship software to enterprise users 
  • Prior experience with Enterprise software release management, preferably Software as a Service (SaaS). 
  • You are a multitasker who can project manage - highly organized and energized by getting work done. 
  • Ability to connect well with others and understand the point of view of both Nuna’s customers  and internal team members.
  • Passion for problem solving - focus on understanding issues and taking a solutions oriented approach 
  • Proficiency with  JIRA and release management tools. 
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team to drive issues to resolution. Skilled at triaging and prioritizing work. 
  • Experience working with individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills 
  • Consistent and effective approach to managing expectations. 
  • Agile certification and scrum master experience
