Sales Enablement Manager, Insights Specialist - Brand Partnerships

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Upfront section: As we continue rapid growth within our Brand Partnership Team (Instacart Ads), we are looking to add a Sales Enablement Associate to the Sales Enablement team specializing in supporting our Emerging and Launch Sales Teams, our fastest growing team within our Ads business! This person will work to enable our Emerging and Launch Sales reps and managers across all pillars of Enablement (Content, Training, Sales Process & Methodology, Certification and Narrative), highly influencing the design & impact of this team. This highly cross functional role will partner with all other Enablement positions and teams to ensure our Launch and Emerging Sales teams have what they need to hit their activation / revenue goals.
Day to day:
- Become a SME on the Emerging and Launch sales processes and workflows.
- Partner with Sales reps and managers to identify training / content needs based on Emerging / Launch competency framework
- Work to prioritize and coordinate training needs for Emerging / Launch, helping to determine the right time in their tenure and cadence for any recurring training
- Partner with the other teams that work to support the Emerging / Launch verticals such as the Product or Insights teams by helping to tailor learning opportunities to Emerging / Launch teams.
- Represent the voice of the Emerging / Launch rep or manager at all Sales Enablement meetings and collaborative work.
- Write and prepare training content and templates specifically for the Emerging / Launch teams.
- Measure success and impact of programs and processes as they relate to Emerging / Launch training and certifications
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience working with fast paced, high volume, high impact sales or account management teams
- 3+ years experience in an Enablement, Sales or Sales Management role
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong relationship building skills
- Experience with digital advertising
- Strong experience using G suite tools, sheets and slides
- Strong project / program management skills
Preferences (not Required):
- Sales role experience
- Experience in a hyper-growth environment
- Exposure to and understanding of digital advertising and/or consumer packaged goods companies
- Experience working with data (measuring inputs / outputs; building sheets and program trackers)
- Experience with Sales tools such as SalesLoft, SFDC and ZoomInfo. and Sales Enablement tools such as Lessonly / Seismic, Zoom, Google Hangouts

- % of E / L teams Quota Attainment and activation goals
- Measuring and applying feedback to training, programs and processes related to E / L teams
