What you’ll do:

  • Manage a Sales Onboarding program, which includes defining metrics, scheduling agenda for SMEs & participants, managing enrollment, facilitation, delivering training on specific topics, and reporting on success metrics.
  • Manage the operations of a Continuous Enablement program that includes developing topics, scheduling virtual sessions, and creating and delivering certification programs.

  • A focus on metrics and results, with a desire to help us deliver on Kirkpatrick levels and sales metrics like ramp, time to first deal, and attainment.
  • An understanding of the sales process in the context of the customer journey.
