About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate, talented Sales Onboarding Program Manager to join our Activation & Enablement team. Our team is committed to building engaging programs and experiences aimed at helping sales and partners harness the collective power of communities with Reddit Ads.

As a trusted product training expert, you will play a vital role in partnering with our sales leadership, product marketing, and product management teams to drive product adoption and GTM efforts. You’ll be responsible for designing a scalable and inspirational product certification programs for an internal and external audience.. The goal of these programs is two-fold: (1) Help sales learn how to sell and optimize Reddit Ads for their client base and (2) empower agency partners and brands incorporate Reddit Ads into their media mix. Also, as we scale onboarding of our internal sales hires, you will help create an induction program to welcome our new sellers and teach them how to accelerate on the job.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all aspects of sales new hire experience from in-person sales orientation to in-field onboarding all aimed at reducing sales ramp time
  • Partner with HR, IT, Ops, Sales Leadership, and Marketing to ensure processes and tools are optimized for new sales hires 
  • Develop on-demand onboarding courses to scale internal onboarding efforts across job-roles and segments 
  • Partner closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and product management to prioritize and develop product training courses for internal and external audiences 
  • Partner with Product Marketing to continuously enhance how we go to market with new product launches 
  • Design and maintain a product certification program for the internal sales team aimed at driving accountability, engagement, and success in their sales role
  • Design both in-person and on-demand product training courses that provide relevance to end-users based on their role and include practical hands-on application
  • Design an externally-facing product certification program aimed at driving retention, client satisfaction, and adoption of Reddit Ads
  • Execute a blend of training methods to maximize learning retention and scalability (i.e., hands-on workshops, on-demand courses, live virtual sessions, simulations)
  • Manage on-demand courses and design/experience of learning management portal
  • Define program metrics and effectively assess program impact/success 
  • Support and execute sales enablement summits, agency and industry events

What We Can Expect From You:

  • Must have demonstrated expertise in digital/social media advertising and prior product education experience
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment, such as a start-up or an agency
  • Owned the design of an experience from end to end and not afraid of starting a program from ground zero
  • Have a knack for simplifying complex subject matter
  • Passionate about deeply understanding your customers; you are exceptional at listening, a master of asking open-ended questions, conducting interviews, and synthesizing feedback
  • Experience in developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences utilizing user-centered design principles 
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the root cause of the problem and develop the appropriate solution 
  • You have a passion for the written word and content creation 
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and act upon data
  • Genuinely likes helping others and has a service-oriented mindset
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and likes the challenge of building new and innovative things
