The Sales Enablement Program Manager will be responsible for the alignment of sales methodology, tools, resources, and enablement within the sales process. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role will work cross-functionally to drive adoption of the sales process to enhance the customer engagement cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead conversations to identify and collaborate on strategy, behaviors, handoffs, and deliverables along the sales process that support company mission and strategic goals
  • Assist in identifying enablement priorities
  • Independently design, maintain and deliver engaging and creative enablement programs
  • Partner with Sales Enablement colleagues and company-wide stakeholders to source and deliver programs related to:
    • Improvement of current processes
    • Role-related skill development
  • Engage with sales management to ensure customer-facing roles deliver value at every stage of the customer's journey
  • Drive adoption of new skills by developing coaching exercises, follow-up communications, and measurement
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel for on-time delivery
  • Facilitate training courses in collaboration with subject matter experts and Sales/Service leaders
  • Maintain updated content and courses in our Sales Enablement and Marketing platforms
  • Conduct field listening exercises and analyses using interviews, surveys, and focus groups
  • Handle logistics and other organizational duties as necessary
  • Participate in the development and execution of our annual and mid-year sales meetings/kickoffs
  • Update online onboarding learning paths for customer-facing roles

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field with commensurate experience
  • 1-2 years of Sales Enablement during which successful sales readiness planning, programming, and production output can be confirmed
  • Experience as part of a sales team preferred
  • Understanding of the sales mindset and the training and retention concepts that are most successful with this profile
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders in all departments
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a busy-but-fun environment
  • Ability to pivot quickly when necessary, without sacrificing quality
  • Superior communication, presentation, and detail orientation skills a must
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Salesforce, SalesHood (or similar Sales Enablement system) and Highspot
  • Experience using Outreach a plus
  • Experience in accounting, finance, and/or ERP industry
  • Occasional business travel required for team and/or company meetings
