  • Own the enablement of the key Partners and GSIs - the model is to identify how they enable their staff and how HashiCorp can augment that motion (by giving them our courseware, elearning for loading into their elearning platform as an example)


  • Data driven decision making and investments - Own the data/dashboards to help leadership and Partner org make impactful decisions on enablement that drives pipeline and revenue contributions


  • Background on measuring what matters and being able to reject/block noise and distraction

Internal Partner Enablement:

  1. PRM – Partner Relationshop Management Portal - Work with cross functional teams (Partner Marketing, Sales Ops, Customer Success etc) to ensure the content and artifacts on the PRM are current and up to date.
  2. Litmos – LMS for partner training - Manage and maintain the training courses for partner consumption. Own the reporting and communication of trends, and adoption. Integrate this data set into dashboards to align effectiveness of partner training by tangible revenue impact to the business.
  3. Instruqt – new hands on labs platform for SEs and technical training - Requires collaboration with Channel SE (if resource is available)
  4. Dashboard, SFDC and Clari training for partner business (work closely with Sales Ops)
  5. Marketplace and additional cloud offering process with reseller partners 
  6. Service attach motions and on-going partner scorecard updates to the field

External Partner Enablement:

  1. Partner sales training 
  2. Partner pitch training 
  3. Partner SE training 
  4. Partner Services training 
  5. Partner facing battlecards (competitive)
  6. Partner facing value proposition and one pagers
  7. Partner training for new product launches (i.e. TFC for Business)
  8. Technology and CSPs partner joint sales play training and enablement (F5+HC, Cisco+HC, CSPs+HC)
  9. Online Certification process
  10. Online training on learn.com vs. Highspot etc.
