To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Sales Program Manager to join our global Go-to-Market team. In this role, you will be focused on accelerating the growth of Grammarly Business. You will build, scale, and optimize systems that improve our sales lead qualification as well as conversion in our self-serve funnel by analyzing and optimizing our online chat system (Drift) and managing our team of chat sales consultants. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless, scalable end-to-end experience for customers. As an early member of our growing Sales team, you will be part of the discussion to shape and inform key initiatives in those functions.
Your impact
Our Sales Program Manager will be instrumental in bringing our product to businesses around the world. You will be one of the founding members of the Go-to-Market team. You will build a next-generation growth capability that blends the best of proven approaches with rule-breaking innovations while maximizing growth and enhancing value for our clients.
You will have an opportunity to:
- Drive the growth of Grammarly Business and achieve revenue targets by improving conversion rates and lead qualification in the chat channel.
- Manage relationships with our sales partners and ensure success through excellent coaching, communication, and performance management.
- Design and optimize Drift implementation and its integration with key systems, including Salesforce, to deliver an amazing customer experience and an efficient sales flow.
- Create and manage feedback loops, gathering actionable insights that will inform the product roadmap.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and NPS.
- Contribute to content and process improvements throughout the customer lifecycle to continuously improve the customer experience.

- Has 3–5 years of experience related to the role, including implementing chat programs, managing an outsourced sales team, driving a self-serve funnel, and/or improving sales motions.
- Has a general understanding of subscription business models, including freemium, free trial, account expansion, and upsells.
