The Team


At Torch, the Sales Operations Department creates processes and support for the Sales Department, Customer Success, and Marketing. At this time, we are focused on creating better processes to utilize our current tech stack better. With our team, you'll own Salesforce and other tools, build dashboards and reports, and refresh Salesforce workflows.


This role reports to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy.

Your Position

  • You will perform hands-on configuration of all new and existing functionality, including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflow, flows, process builders, reports and dashboards, and customized applications.
  • You will work on a combination of net new builds and integrations within Salesforce.
  • You will develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor and identify insights continuously.
  • You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand needs and identify solutions.
  • You will help the team establish robust operational processes for our Salesforce and integrated systems. 
  • You will work with team members to develop specifications and technical designs for complex projects using a combination of out-of-the-box features and custom configuration.
  • You will work in an agile and dynamic environment to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements. You will provide technical and functional support to users of Salesforce, Salesloft, RingLead, and ZoomInfo.

Your Experience

  • You have experience in Sales Operations with an understanding of a sales organization.
  • You have a solid working knowledge of all declarative administration, including custom fields, custom, standard objects, lightning flow, lightning apps, lightning page layouts, profiles, permission sets, workflow rules, and process builders.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of permissions in Salesforce; Roles and Profiles, Org-wide defaults, Sharings Sets, Permission Sets.
  • You have the passion for seeking lasting impact and demonstrating urgency with projects big and small.
  • Scoping & Prioritization: You are highly effective at gathering requirements from key stakeholders, prioritizing based on key pain points, and developing solutions in Salesforce that meet stakeholder needs.
  • You can move fast and juggle multiple projects- all while keeping very close attention to detail.
