Job Description

As a senior program manager, you will work closely alongside product managers, operations, logistics, and engineering, to define and manage innovative cross-functional projects and programs. In this role, you will support some of the most critical projects at Wish. You should have excellent stakeholder management, project management, and presentation skills, as well as deep operational knowledge and the flexibility to work in a wide range of functional areas.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate across marketplace, logistics, and product to align on shared objectives and work toward a common purpose

  • Drive the end-to-end implementation of large-scale, cross-functional, high-impact projects focused on improving the customer experience and retention

  • Drive project and key stakeholder alignment on initiatives to ensure they are connected to the larger customer support goals

  • Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-manage implementation

  • Collaborate with key partners to prepare the product for launch and drive maximum impact

Qualifications

  • Passionate about customer experience, logistics, and eCommerce.

  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and at scale

  • Solution-oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required

  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup experience

  • Experience working in eCommerce or two sided marketplaces
