About the Role

You will lay the foundation of excellent sales enablement at Mux - with a sales leadership team deeply invested in sales enablement! In this role you will be a critical partner to the Sales Leadership Team in building the core competencies of an enablement program in service to building a world class sales organization driving significant revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish a comprehensive sales onboarding program to ensure new reps are ramped onto the product and hitting key value metrics within 60 days of their start date; including applicable training assets, sessions, and certification modules
  • Partner closely with PMM to operationalize the creation and training of compete materials to ensure reps are comfortable positioning Mux products and how we differ from competitors
  • Roll out a sales methodology and partner with sales leads and RevOps for associated tools and operational changes

Who You Are

  • 5-7 years of sales enablement experience; preference for background in a highly technical/developer centric product
  • program management experience; clear experience starting and finishing complex, multi-stake holder projects with identified metrics tied to impact
  • experience building a sales onboarding program
  • prior experience to sales enablement (sales, teaching, marketing, consulting, military, etc.) - looking for diverse background and mature problem solving skills
  • experience teaching/coaching via an established sales methodology (Sandler, Challenger, etc.) is a plus
