The Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, management, adoption, scaling, and measurement of sales enablement programs and initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role will build, design, and manage blended learning and certification programs to be leveraged by our customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and support of sales enablement activities based on departmental strategy, company mission, and current sales priorities
  • Assist in identifying enablement priorities
  • Independently design, maintain and deliver engaging and creative enablement programs
  • Partner with company-wide subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop and deliver programs related to:
    • New products or product updates
    • Improvement of current processes
    • Role-related skill development
    • Onboarding for specific roles
  • Partner with sales leadership to plan and execute enablement strategy that drives measurable, improved sales performance through content, training, and coaching services
  • Engage with executives to ensure customer-facing roles deliver value at every stage of the customer's journey
  • Drive adoption of new skills through coaching, follow-up communications, and measurement
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel for on-time delivery
  • Facilitate training courses in collaboration with subject matter experts and Sales/Service leaders
  • Maintain updated content and courses in our Sales Enablement and Marketing platforms
  • Conduct field listening exercises and analyses using interviews, surveys, and focus groups
  • Handle logistics and other organizational duties as necessary
  • Participation in the development and execution of our annual and mid-year sales meetings/kickoffs
  • Update online onboarding learning paths for customer-facing roles
  • Deliver effective minimally viable products in the short term that can be iterated on and scaled

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field with commensurate experience
  • 4+ years of Sales Enablement, Sales Program Management, and/or Product Marketing experience, during which successful sales readiness planning, programming, and production output can be confirmed
  • Has designed, delivered, and owned the end-to-end enablement for specific roles
  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Rep, Account Executive, Solution Consultant or Account Manager preferred
  • Understanding of the sales mindset and the training and retention concepts that are most successful with this profile
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders in all departments
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a busy-but-fun environment
  • Ability to pivot quickly when necessary, without sacrificing quality
  • Superior communication, presentation, and detail orientation skills a must
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of SalesHood and Highspot applications a BIG PLUS.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, and/or ERP industry
  • Some business travel required (15 -20%)
