The opportunity

As Talent & Development Program Manager, you’ll help define, drive and integrate global talent and development solutions for our rapidly growing global organization, and help Unity fulfill its mission to enable creators all over the world to realize their visions. You will help this thriving team improve existing and build new solutions to help the company and employees excel. You’ll recognize that not everything is solved with a process or technology, but instead you will look beneath the current process and tools to understand mentalities and behavior, to be a unifying presence across many partners. You’ll bring innovative thinking and a User orientation to this work, and be a champion of our culture and core values and help us nurture these across our rapidly growing community!

What you’ll be doing

• Bringing strong project management subject area and a highly collaborative approach to help us build and implement innovative and high impact Talent Management & Development solutions for our fast-growing organization.
• Lead project sub-teams and facilitate the communication and interaction between workstreams.
• Build repeatable and scalable processes to the variety and complexity of projects across the function.
• Integrate functionality, implementation steps and timelines across multiple projects to make sure they will work well together and are done at a pace that works for the organization.
• Collaborate with users across the company for design input, progress updates and implementation partnership.
• Provide organizational change support to build adoption and ensure impact.
• Track projects against schedule, budget and objectives and proactively address challenges.

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience project management running multiple global projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines
• Outstanding collaboration skills, able to engage a wide variety of people across the globe in solution design and implementation
• Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills, working on multiple projects at scale.
• Experience working through obstacles and challenges while maintaining positive relationships and project progress.
