Senior Technical Program Manager, Integrations

Segment is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) who is passionate about technical operations and engineering efficiencies. This role will lead programs focused on Integrations and Platform, while collaborating with other teams that are impacted by these programs. This role sits at the core of our product and will work with a cross-functional teams (Partnerships, Professional Services, Engineering, Product, Marketing) to bring strategic products and projects to life. 

 

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Lead and manage the successful delivery of high impact and highly cross-functional integrations & platform program initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional planning, by closely partnering with R&D leads to develop program plans, including identifying dependencies and resource requirements
  • Collaborate within Engineering, Product and other organizations to evolve, standardize and instill good product development processes
  • Establish and drive adoption of program frameworks, tools and best practices.
  • Contribute to the definition, development and tracking of effective metrics and R&D operational improvements

 

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years experience in a technical program management or operational role
  • BA/BS degree in engineering, computer science or similar degree
  • Have an ownership focus. Take responsibility for the successful completion of projects
  • Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively across a variety of stakeholders, including execs
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Prefer experience with SaaS companies

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 

 

Salary:

 

 

Denver/Boulder Metro:

 

Tier 4 base salary range: $120,832 - $151,040

 

Rest of Colorado:

 

Tier 5 base salary range: $105,728 - $132,160

 

Sales Commission: Additionally, this role is eligible to earn commissions and eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

 

 

Non Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
