About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help Nuro deliver complex and strategic multi-functional software engineering projects.
About the Work
Act as the internal “glue” by communicating and coordinating across all teams including software and hardware engineering, product, operations, and business to drive multiple complexes, cross-functional initiatives
Lead technical reviews, synthesize results, and build actions to resolve product issues
Develop requirements, define timelines/milestones, identify/mitigate risks, allocate resources, track progress, resolve dependencies, unblock progress etc.
Regularly communicate progress to company leadership and program partners
Support the development of critical projects including robotic simulation, data processing and analysis, and internal tool development
About You
You have technical program management and/or project management experience bringing complex software products to market
You collaborate well with others and take pride in helping teams succeed
You have experience working on high reliability, customer facing infrastructure
You are keenly discerning with an ability to prioritize and execute on multiple concurrent tasks
You have start-up DNA: You have shown the ability to thrive in the ambiguity of a dynamic, start-up environment or have the DNA to do so
You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, and/or equivalent technical experience/aptitude
You have a real passion for helping drive the delivery of creative products leveraging AI, robotics and/or machine learning
Bonus Points
Experience with large scale distributed systems
Experience in simulation
