Solutions Consultant
As a Solutions Consultant you will partner with our Account Executive team to showcase the power of RollWorks to potential customers. In doing so, you will drive revenue for the company by managing compelling solution-based value propositions that address the prospect’s critical needs. You will conduct product demos, manage technical validation activities, and ultimately help develop the business case for the prospect during the sales cycle.

The impact you’ll make:
- Helping solve problems for potential customers and demonstrating the value of RollWorks
- Partner with the Account Executives to discover and understand the prospect's situation and the challenges that they are experiencing
- Work with a variety of stakeholders to understand their existing processes and craft solutions using RollWorks
- Ability to articulate technology and solution positioning to both business and technical users.
- Provide your prospects with insights and learnings from your vast experience in helping customers improve their business /marketing programs
- Translate prospect use cases into brilliant technical solutions with the RollWorks application and demonstrate the path to ROI
- Deliver captivating product demos highlighting value propositions to get prospects excited about how RollWorks will help them exceed their goals
- Manage any technical validation events to successful conclusion ensuring the prospects confidence in the RollWorks technology
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Share your selling and technical experience with the rest of the RollWorks field team and make contributions to the Sales, Product, Marketing, and Success teams
- Assist other Solutions Consultants in the execution of the above responsibilities
- Provide feedback to product management about the successes and failures in the field
Skills you’ll bring:
- You have 2-5+ years of solid experience in a customer facing role, and 1-3+ years of experience in a technical sales role selling to enterprise accounts
- 2-4 years experience in software vendor or SaaS technical sales.
- Experience selling digital marketing solutions for Web analytics, Web site optimization, social media monitoring and management or digital advertising
- Highly organized
- Impeccable work ethic
- Ability to quickly knock out high-quality deliverables and presentations
- Great energy and enthusiasm
- Deliver exceptional presentations, and can make anyone excited about anything
- Learn new technology quickly and find it easy to explain technological solutions in terms of business value
- Natural problem-solver and extremely resourceful - garnering support from other people or teams in order to drive opportunities to closure
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com, marketing automation platform, general sales processes, and sales development methodologies
