Position: Sr. Executive Programs & Community Manager

Location: Remote

Reports to: Director, Global Executive Customer Programs

As Senior Executive Programs & Community Manager at Zscaler, you will be responsible for Zscaler’s global customer CXO community strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and collaborative self-starter who loves to engage customer executives. Your role will be to develop and implement powerful communities for the CIO/CISO/CTO where these executives come together and drive innovative ideas, share forward-looking viewpoints, and collaborate and network with one another to solve critical challenges. As part of this role, we are looking for a seasoned candidate who can connect the various executive customer-facing initiatives to an overall community strategy while managing stakeholders both within and outside the company. This role will play a critical part in helping to shape the conversation about the future state and position of Zscaler within Global 2000 companies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and lead the strategy, execution, and management of Zscaler’s CXO community and affinity groups.
  • Strategic management and alignment with identified key industry and regional organizations.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with these executives from our top accounts around the world while encouraging them to join our CXO communities and councils.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops and user groups across global regions.
  • Establish Zscaler’s presence in new, emerging communities.
  • Assess the current state of the communities, content and assets to analyze gaps and make recommendations to better align the community with its objectives.
  • Prioritize improvements, develop timelines, and deliverables.
  • Analyze usage to identify effective content, needed content, and opportunities to enhance community experience.
  • Demonstrate project management leadership and strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Interface with customers and Zscaler teams to analyze trends and share insights.
  • Work with the marketing teams to create a consistent, quality, branded experience.
  • Ensure Zscaler is represented in all of the right executive networks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of functional experience in C-level community engagements, services and/or C-suite events, councils, or user groups.
  • Strong background in building relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Proven record of building CXO communities and organizing/leading councils.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of management.
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of key community KPIs and a track record of improving them.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of higher education and experience.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and highest level of
  • professionalism.
  • Experience in working with a global, growing organization.
