Rescale is disrupting the $40B high performance computing (HPC) market by accelerating its transition towards cloud automation. Rescale accelerates engineering breakthroughs with a multi-cloud automation & performance orchestration platform, enabling key business outcomes: 1) Faster time to market for new products that require engineering & simulation, with workflow automation, secure multi-team participation, and performance optimization. 2) Full HPC technology stack automation, including lifecycle automation of simulation software & license management (catalog of 300+ ISV and open-source simulation tools), and always current integration with the latest HPC infrastructures from all major cloud providers. 3) Complete economic visibility, cost control, and optimization of HPC services across projects and teams running on multi-cloud infrastructures.

We are seeking to add an Alliance Manager to continue to develop our partnership with Microsoft Azure.

In this role, your duties will include:

  • Drive broader integration between Microsoft and Rescale’s ScaleX platform. Microsoft is our largest partner and investor, so your success will directly impact Rescale’s ability to scale as a company. 
  • Developing, creating and executing joint go-to-market pipelines with Microsoft. You will be building this from scratch, so we’re looking for someone who is willing to start out by getting their hands dirty, but eventually, transition to a more strategy-focused role. 
  • Cwith key internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing, PR, Legal, etc.) to create new programs/strategies for addressing the Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem. Our culture is one of entrepreneurship and teamwork, and we need someone who is exceptional in both worlds.

Key Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience working for or directly with Microsoft strongly preferred 4-8+ years’ of technology business development, corporate development, product management and/or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a bias towards emerging technologies.
  • Ability to navigate between internal teams and their objectives to manage a successful outcome.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Self-motivated with a predisposition towards ownership.
