Job Description
Consumer Payments team at Wish is a very lean and nimble team focused on delivering delightful checkout experience for hundreds of millions of value conscious shoppers in more than 160 countries across Android, iOS and web apps.
As a Senior Program Manager on the consumer payments team, you will work closely alongside product managers, design, engineering, finance, compliance, legal, treasury and external partners including Payment service providers (PSPs), to define and manage strategic cross-functional projects and programs. In this role, you will support some of the most critical payments & fintech projects at Wish.
You should have excellent stakeholder management, project management, and presentation skills and the flexibility to work in a wide range of functional areas.
What You'll Do
Coordinate across cross functional teams to align on shared objectives and work toward a common purpose
Drive the end-to-end implementation of large-scale, cross-functional, high-impact projects focused on improving the payment experience & new financial services such as Buy Now Pay Later
Drive project and key stakeholder alignment on initiatives to ensure they are connected to the larger customer support goals
Collaborate with third-parties including Payment service providers, card networks, issuers and other payment-related services
Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-manage implementation
Collaborate with key partners to prepare the product for launch and drive maximum impact

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project/program management
Able to mobilize, inspire, and lead internal/external teams without direct authority
Influencer who is great at connecting the dots at the organization, strategy, program, and project levels
Inventive self-starter who always finds a way forward
Passionate about payments, fintech or ecommerce
Bachelor’s degree or higher required
Nice to haves
Startup experience
Experience working in fintech, eCommerce or two sided marketplaces
