Egnyte is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager to join our Sales Operations function. This is a strategic and high visibility role that requires strong knowledge in leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver business outcomes.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has the passion and a proven track record in formulating, organizing, and coordinating cross-functional projects with a bigger picture perspective.

This role would establish and support various strategic initiatives and serve as a change agent for the overall scope while articulating program goals and objectives and assessing the needs of the business.

 

What You’ll Do (but is not limited to)

  • Manage all aspects of program execution including the management and monitoring of projects across multiple business functions
  • Leverage change, risk and resource management and find innovative ways to solve problems and/or issues effectively throughout the program lifecycle
  • Assess program performance on a consistent basis to ensure it is progressing according to plan and maximizing ROI
  • Manage overall scope, optimize resources, and oversee requirements across all initiatives
  • Apply project, program, and change management principles, techniques and methodologies
  • Monitor and control the interdependencies within and across programs while creating synergies between interconnected business processes
  • Develop a program communications management plan and provide frequent communication to stakeholders and senior leaders across departments to align with expectations and key performance indicators
  • Ensure program goals and objectives remain aligned to the overall strategic objectives of the organization
  • Establish program governance controls, reporting, and oversee the financial integrity of the program
  • Establish metrics and processes to improve program visibility and consistency of practices

 

Your Qualifications 

  • 10+ years practical experience in managing large and complex projects
  • Excellent knowledge of program and change management principles
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Must possess strong skills in managing overall program scope, time, cost, quality, resource, communication, and risk
  • Strong understanding of program governance and program financial management
  • Good understanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing models
  • Must possess strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience leading high performing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Business degree
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of project management software
