About the role…

A brand-new role, the Renewals Sales Program Manager will work cross functionally to help define, document and communicate the global renewals sales transformation program. Using your stellar project management skills you will be the single point of contact while overseeing the prioritization, timeline and deliverables of this new program. 

In this role you can expect to...

  • Increase the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of Renewals Sales organization
  • Drive process improvements; enable streamlining to achieve operational efficiencies, benchmarking, and development of performance metrics
  • Create and manage new hire onboarding 30, 60, 90 day program and lead planning and execution of all Renewals training/enablement activities 
  • Have an end to end view of the challenges and opportunities surrounding the Renewals segment and drive the team to prioritize and execute on the most pressing issues in your roadmap
  • Oversee the prioritization of identified projects and structure key elements for project’s requirements gathering, collaboration with Sales Enablement and other functional areas, identification of critical path(s), and overall project execution.
  • Proactively identify issues that could impact the successful execution of business objectives/commitments
  • Become familiar with product and solution roadmaps and devise enablement strategies
  • Attend meetings, understand context, capture major takeaways and drive follow-up actions.
  • Track and provide project status and audit reports.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all project activities, schedule, and status. Ensuring proper communication on development deliverables as appropriate up through executive management levels within the organization.
  • Clearly communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, mitigation plans and impacts to senior management and internal cross-functional teams. Steer teams based on business objectives and constantly align teams to those objectives

You may be a good fit for our team if you have...

  • 5+ years of experience working in project management / process improvement roles with emphasis on Sales and Renewals
  • Proficiency in Project Management (standalone projects with defined outcomes)
  • Proficiency in Technical Program Management (ongoing & reoccurring initiatives)
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis (detailed investigation & problem solving)
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (able to explain complex issues in easy to understand terms)
  • Mastery in project planning & execution 
  • Track record of productivity and efficiency improvement
  • Exceptional executive communication
  • Experience driving cross-functional team leadership
  • Competency in organizational design and development
  • Proficiency in effective decision making
