The RealReal is seeking out a highly-strategic experienced Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Program Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to help build out and implement strategies to support the organization.  As part of The RealReal’s Sourcing and Procurement organization within Finance, you will be responsible for developing and executing our roadmap while supporting the team to achieve best-in-class category management, market intelligence and benchmarking, end-to-end Sourcing, contract negotiations, and reporting.

• Build and execute roadmap for Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Supplier Diversity
• Develop and implement strategies to support stakeholders in achieving best-in-class category management, Sourcing, Procurement and Diversity Supplier goals 
• Design and enable new Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Diversity programs that increase value to business partners and stakeholders 
• Gather data, develop and manage metrics, establish trainings, create program and communication plans focused on Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Diversity 
• Develop and disseminate required communication materials to ensure key business stakeholders understand Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Diversity programs 
• Build and provide proper templates, standards, and process optimization as needed to support the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement organization 
• Comprehensive reporting and communication on adoption and compliance of programs, project pipeline, and value metrics
• Lead change management projects that impact Source-to-Pay process efficiency and value 
• Execute ad-hoc projects related to Strategic Sourcing Operations and Transformation activities 
• Identify new tools, automation and ways to streamline processes, as needed

What You Bring To The Role

• 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Program Management, Supply Chain Strategy, or Strategic Sourcing
• BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Finance 
• MBA/MA, and/or Black Belt in Six Sigma/Continuous improvement preferred
• International/ global experience a plus 
• Highly motivated, strategic thinker with proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional presentation skills 
• Experience driving change, transformation, improve end-to-end processes, flourishing in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity
• Experience working with and building successful relationships with business stakeholders, cross-functional groups and third parties
