Minted is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to be accountable for coordinating purchases, managing relationships, and monitoring systems across supply chain stakeholders and partners. This role is a key player in maintaining cross-functional operational processes. They should be experienced in customer service, accounts payable/receivable or logistics. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and creative problem solver who enjoys a fast paced, changing environment. At least 1 year of relevant experience is required, as is high attention to detail and an ability to bring organization to disparate information sources. Excellent time management and communication skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Suite are needed for success in this role. An understanding of retail supply chain and international logistics is a plus. This position is located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will:

• Bring creative thinking, innovation and structure to help drive profitable business decisions
• Create and maintain purchase orders based on the needs of cross-functional partners or supply chain constraints
• Communicate and manage purchase orders, invoices, and other information with outside vendors
• Ensure proper flow of inventory to meet customer expectations, updating weekly and ad-hoc reporting to ensure accuracy of inventory, costs, destination, and ETA dates
• Track order dates to properly reflect receipt forecasts
• Help manage product and vendor compliance with Minted, partner, and government requirementsInvestigate problems and develop solutions to maintain an efficient supply chain
• Manage overseas shipping documentation matching to support customer invoicing and vendor payment

You have:

• 1+ years experience in supply chain, accounting (AP/AR) or customer service with an affinity towards e-commerce and/or retail
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in managing third-party provider performance and cost
• A strong quantitative background in building trackers and process management models
• Adept at Excel; experience with SQL preferred
