The Role
An integral part of empowering millions to improve their overall health and well-being is the Lark coach’s ability to integrate with and deliver a myriad of different devices (weight scales, glucometers, blood pressure monitors, etc.) to the right user at the right time. As Lark achieves  greater scale, we are looking for a consultant to help drive efficiencies across our Supply Chain. The consultant will help support the planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing and procurement, coordinate and collaborate with channel partners, which can be suppliers, intermediates, third-party services providers and customers. We are looking to set up a new supply chain and require supply chain expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the due diligence and set-up of a fulfillment center
• Collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally, especially facilitating discussions with product and engineering to support API integration with channel partners and the Lark application
• Develop presentations with recommendations based on thorough analysis and due diligence to optimize Lark’s supply chain
• Develop the frameworks and templates for reports and presentations to management regarding all aspects of customer orders and inventory
• Build systems and tools to help manage any issues between all parties involved in the supply chain (suppliers, fulfillment center, customers, etc.)
• Recommend systems and tools for inventory control and ensure all proper documentation is in place

What You’ll Need

• Experience scaling supply chain activities for a technology startup is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and presentation skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for data & analytics
• Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Passion for improving people's health and happiness
• Compassionate, kind, and open-minded
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a startup environment

Education and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in fulfillment management and a thorough understanding of order fulfillment processes. Bonus points for experience with API integration
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, supply chain management, project management, statistics, engineering, mathematics, economics, finance or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically in setting up fulfillment
• PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus

Working at Lark 
Lark offers the option to work remotely when both the employee and the job are suited to such an arrangement and when the employee and their manager are in alignment with the work location and working hours. This option is only applicable to U.S. employees. To accommodate all employees, we have identified the “core” period of the day during which all employees are required to work for scheduled meetings, syncs, scrums between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Pacific time. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
