Technical Program Manager, Silicon development

As a Technical Program Manager, you will provide leadership for the silicon development project and guide a multi-disciplinary team through the entire product life-cycle.
Minimum qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with silicon development.
- 2 years of experience in a project management (or equivalent) role for hardware or software development in a crossfunctional context.
- Technical judgement to drive engineering decisions resulting in significant, positive business impact.
- Excellent communication, organization and facilitation skills.
Preferred qualifications
- MS or PhD degree in Engineering
- Experience as an engineer in chip development and integration into hardware or software systems
- Experience with silicon development methodologies, leading tapeouts and silicon validation
- Ability to drive teams towards longterm challenging goals and intermediate milestones
- Track record of successful planning and execution within resource and schedule constraints
- Knowledgeable on program management tools and processes to increase productivity across engineering teams
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, drive and deliver silicon products
- Lead the creation and maintaining of credible and data-driven schedules and milestones
- Engage in technical and schedule tradeoff discussions
- Develop processes to increase the productivity and efficiency of the team
- Manage teams through design, development, test, manufacturing, deployment and sustaining activities for hardware products
- Be an advocate for the program in crossfunctional and stakeholder meetings
