About the Role:

This is a remote role that is open to candidates in the U.S.A. in Mountain, and Pacific times zones. 

BigPanda is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our fast-growing Professional Services team. In this position, you will put your expertise to use to design project plans, execute projects, influence customer decisions, provide ongoing reports and updates, and guide successful onboarding projects. Be ready to hit the ground running with your ability to shape customer decisions, identify and mitigate risks to projects, and be a clear communicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live to CSM transition
  • Partner with Solution Architect and Solution Engineer to ensure that the BigPanda solution is able to meet our client’s business goals in addition to their technical requirements
  • Ensure continuous communication about project status, goals, scope, risks and mitigation plans
  • Develop and maintain technical and product proficiency in the BigPanda product
  • Actively contribute to best practices and drive continuous improvement to the PMO

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years project management experience with enterprise IT Projects or SaaS Implementations, PMP Preferred
  • Demonstrated responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources
  • Detail-oriented, energetic, efficient individual with a “get it done” attitude
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior-level executives and technical leads
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for certain projects when safe to do so

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience working with implementation partners / SIs is a plus
  • Familiarity with the monitoring and/or the ITSM space is a major advantage
