What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage multiple Enterprise Systems technical programs of varying sizes
• Work closely with Enterprise Systems business analysts and our business stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Support, Enablement, Finance to align business value to Lead to Cash systems work
• Own the end to end programs (Develop, manage, and execute) stakeholders driving for specific business value to deliver in an expected timeframe
• Work closely with the Enterprise Systems developers and system administrators to identity and drive the keys to success and resolve any obstacles
• Create project plans that include defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Own the success of the program by facilitating clear decision making and collaboration
• Assist in the creation of internal and customer-facing processes, programs and materials to improve the quality and efficiency of the Enterprise Systems department
• Guide timely escalation and/or negotiation up the chain when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years experience managing technical, complex initiatives & projects from initiation to completion for a SaaS/PaaS based organization.  Experience with Salesforce and Quote to Cash systems desired
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information security, computer science, or similar
• Proven ability to work and effectively, prioritize and organize your work and the work of others in a highly dynamic environment
• Knowledge of agile project management methodology
• Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
• Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms
• Experience overcoming the difficulties of managing projects with remote and global team members
• Ability to perform business / systems analysis to assist with process solutions
• Experience with using JIRA
• Preferred certifications in one or more: Agile Scrum Master, Kanban, Project Management Professional
