The Role
Lark is seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to drive customer integration and implementation projects, working closely with partners and internal TPMs. We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenges of working with consumer-facing and partner-facing projects in a start-up environment. The right candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, leadership, technical, and customer relationship skills. In this role, you will establish proper expectations with external and internal stakeholders, drive speedy resolution within a schedule, and communicate status across organizations.
What You’ll Do
- Own the relationship with partners from both account and technical perspectives from pre-contracting to post-launch
- Work with partners on defining workflow and coordination on implementation, asset management and allocation both internally and externally
- Analyze various kinds of data to drive primary business decisions, working closely with Data Science and Data Engineering and partners
- Evolve and optimize core implementation and integration processes, collaterals and workflows internally and with partners
- Drive execution and smooth delivery of multiple high-profile technical, product or projects from start to finish in the partner integration and implementation space, and possibly other engineering functions as well
- Work closely with Product Management to define and refine features to better align with partner needs
- Organize and continually maintain project transparency by establishing key project information, visualizations, and a schedule/roadmap for all phases of a project, as possible
- Foster communication around project status with various internal and external stakeholders and working to maintain harmony and accountability across the teams
- Take, publish and communicate meeting notes (attendees, items discussed, what changed, blockers, next steps, action items)
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all aspects of the product and integration points
- Ensure quality and stability of integrations with partners, including requirements, coordination internally and externally and hands-on testing
- Proactively analyze and identify complex business and or client issues and trends and recommend appropriate actions
- Be seen as a role expert by peers and partners
- Prioritize and time allocate to consistently meet deadlines and improve processes
What You’ll Need
- Background and understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and typical integrations
- Deep knowledge and practical experience in structured project management & application development processes
- Comfort with leading meetings between partners and Lark from both a workflow and technical perspective with Lark technical resources. Includes presenting to partners and senior management
- Experience with medical billing and claims is a strong plus
- Experience with APIs, HL7 FHIR and common file exchange integrations is a strong plus
- Experience developing project management skills and capabilities within teams
- Familiarity working with startups and their release patterns, Agile preferred
- Flexibility, comfort without sufficient resources and the ability to wear many hats
- Proficient in tools required to manage complex projects (i.e. Gantt charts, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or STEM preferred
- 5-10 years experience as a Technical Project Manager
- PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders and executives
- Prior experience in software engineering/integrations/professional services a strong plus
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $100,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
