About the Role

We’re looking for a unique person to join us as one of the first members of our partnerships team. The Technology Partner Manager will work with some of our most important software and ecosystem partners, collaborating and figuring out how to build the most mutually beneficial relationships possible. 

The Technology Partner Manager will need to be able to think strategically and creatively, understanding each partner’s unique goals and tactics. They’ll also need to be a thoughtful, collaborative Lattice teammate, working closely with engineering, marketing, customer experience, and sales in order to deliver for our partners.  

This role is unique. It’s part sales and part project management, with a healthy dose of creative problem solving. It’s also an exciting opportunity to scale a new function at Lattice that is projected to have a major impact on the business as it continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, trusted relationships with key contacts and executives at our technology partner companies 
• Be responsible for the output of these relationships: leads, revenue, product enhancements, etc.
• Ability to balance a constant flow of short term projects while looking ahead for “what’s next” from our partnerships
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to our partners
• Deliver a world-class experience for partners who are considering adopting Lattice as a preferred technology vendor
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, customer experience, and sales to ensure that our partners needs are met
• Provide partner feedback internally to stakeholders

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HR software sales, partnerships, or product experience
• A thoughtful and empathetic approach when dealing with partners or internal stakeholders
• An understanding of the HR software landscape
• Ability to work with a diverse range of partners, who each have their own vision and measure of success
• Preferred: experience working with international partners or customers in a past role
