The Unity Social Impact team empowers creators of all backgrounds to foster a more inclusive, sustainable world by harnessing the power of our talent, technology and grants. The Unity Social Impact Sustainability Manager will work alongside Unity’s global business and product teams to drive sustainability initiatives that improve the sustainability of the entire Unity ecosystem of creators and consumers. You will be responsible for building strong programs and impactful partnerships in the sustainability space, particularly around environmental issues that are important to Unity. Your impact will be global, in partnership with both Unity employees and the broader Unity ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to co-design global sustainability programs 
• Launch and grow effective programs and partnerships with key external sustainability stakeholders, coalitions and influencers to improve sustainability outcomes globally
• Represent Sustainability in client and partner engagements and provide subject matter support
• Maintain effective tracking, metrics, intake, and reporting mechanisms
• Conduct benchmarking, analysis and best practices research

Requirements

• Sustainability subject-matter expertise as well as experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, product development, management consulting 
• Deep understanding of multi-stakeholder ecosystems and how to manage with both sensitivity and ambiguity
• Experience in the private sector, focused on the intersection between business, technology and sustainability
• Experience having existing relationships with key sustainability stakeholders as well as experience working independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Organizational and project management skills with a track record of translating ideas into action
