We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter/Program Manager to help us build and support the intern and New Grad Program at Addepar. This person will work with the recruiting team and department leads to help bring in diverse early in career talent. 

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and execute a comprehensive year-round university recruiting program
  • Partner cross-functionally to increase recruitment at, and from a wide-array of diverse colleges and universities
  • Think differently about recruiting efforts to ensure we are reaching out to historically underrepresented groups.
  • Help build Addepar brand awareness at target engineering schools targeting new grad and intern hires
  • Review target schools and UR strategy to help stand up the program
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders to understand the engineering organization and help them grow and diversify their university talent pool
  • Review and analyze relevant data and trends (including assessment of talent/diversity gaps) to provide insights and proactively consult on the implementation of hiring plans that address short-term talent supply
  • Lead projects cross functionally with little supervision
  • Generate and find the right talent to meet headcount needs
  • Enhance the candidate experience; gather requirements, identify factors that influence the candidate experience and develop hiring plans to meet candidate needs

Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years experience in recruiting related function
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a talent programmatic role (e.g., operations, diversity)
  • Understanding of the university landscape, including but not limited to on-campus recruiting cycles and timelines for new grads and interns
  • Basic understanding of modern tech stacks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
  • Able and excited to travel (of course in a post-pandemic world)
