About the Role
The Uber Eats US/C Sales Operations team, develops and implements the framework for effective restaurant acquisition. We're looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to craft, develop and deliver learning and development programs to build a world-class sales organization! This role works closely with the Global Sales Enablement team and regional & global stakeholders, including our customer-facing teams. Top candidates will have experience creating and developing enablement programs, strong data interpretation skills, an ability to identify process improvements in the context of our business, strong project management skills, and excellent communication.
What You'll Do
• Own the design and development of key enablement programs such as the new hire employee onboarding experience; sales systems; sales standard methodologies, manager training, etc. You will work directly with key partners across sales, strategic operations, HR, and product to align on priorities, needs, define processes, and design learning experiences.• Lead, coach, mentor and empower people: As a lead, you will coach your team members, develop your own team, guide them and work with them to achieve their full potential. You will lead by example, resolving the toughest of issues from customers and ensuring that your team constantly performs at a high level.• Establish a broad network across the organization that allows you to easily identify internal standard methodology and rapidly scale & deploy these.• Define the right metrics for tracking success and proactively report on progress.
Basic Qualifications
• At least 4-years working as a Sales Enablement Manager or Program Manager, driving decisions and processes across different internal groups.• Experience working in/with customer-facing teams and/or coaching frontline sales staff.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency engaging with a variety of internal partners, ability to build trust and collaborate with those teams.• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce.com (SFDC) or other CRM systems, SQL.• Experience in developing and managing programs with high proficiency in process design and optimization, project management, cross-functional agreement, piloting and evaluation, and rollout/adoption.• Skilled at project and process management maintaining balance between urgent and relevant requests; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.• Strong stakeholder management and consensus building, and project management.• Ability to use data to advise and support critical decisions.
