Job Title: Quality Operations Analyst
Reports to: Director, Quality Operations

Location: United States (Remote)

Interested applicants must reside in one of the following approved states:

Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington.

Goleta, CA, or Portland, OR preferred.

The Role

As a Quality Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality products and experiences. You’ll collaborate across teams to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements that ensure our products meet Deckers Brands’ standards. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will help us maintain operational excellence and exceed customer expectations.

Your Impact

  • Analyze consumer feedback and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives and corrective actions
  • Support the development and maintenance of quality documentation, reports, and dashboards
  • Monitor compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the creation and execution of quality audits and process reviews
  • Provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and product quality
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator, able to present complex information clearly
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, Tableau, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in business analysis, data management, or related field, preferably in Footwear or Apparel industries
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence

$88,000 - $98,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
