Pathfinders Wanted - Join Us!

As a founding member and Head of Revenue Enablement at Levelpath, you will spearhead the development and execution of our global GTM Enablement strategy. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you will work cross-functionally with senior Levelpath leadership, Sales and Presales organizations, Marketing, Product, and Operations to fuel our ARR growth, optimize performance, and prepare our organization for scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Establish core programs in new hire onboarding, internal knowledge management, role-based training, coaching frameworks, and playbook development.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

  • Continuously enhance sales methodology, process standardization, and customer journey mapping.

  • Partner with leadership to support market sizing, AE capacity planning, OKR alignment, and territory/account strategy initiatives

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define core KPIs and build scalable operational dashboards.

  • Partner with RevOps and Operations teams to generate actionable performance insights, AE lifecycle tracking, and Board-level reporting.

What you Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS organizations, ideally at early scale or as one of the founding Enablement team members

  • Executive presence with the ability to partner effectively across the C-Suite and cross-functional leadership.

  • Proven experience driving multiple large-scale projects from concept to deployment.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

  • Demonstrated background in data analysis, process optimization, and performance scaling.

While not required, it’s an added plus if you have:
  • Demonstrated collaboration experience with RevOps and/or Finance teams

  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus

  • Experience rolling out a company-wide sales methodology (Challenger Sale, Sandler, Value Selling or similar) is a plus

The estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $150,000-$210,000.
