About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst to support our go-to-market (GTM) teams by leveraging Salesforce (SFDC), Looker, SQL, and Snowflake to analyze revenue performance, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiency. This role will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to provide actionable insights, improve reporting capabilities, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports in Looker, SFDC, and Snowflake to track key revenue and sales metrics.

  • SQL & Data Management: Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from Snowflake and other databases.

  • Salesforce (SFDC) Optimization: Maintain and improve Salesforce data integrity, automate workflows, and optimize sales processes.

  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking for sales and GTM teams.

  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in revenue operations and recommend scalable solutions.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure accurate and aligned revenue reporting.

  • Data Governance & Integrity: Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence role.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL (querying, data manipulation, and optimization).

  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) administration and reporting.

  • Strong proficiency in Looker and LookML (building dashboards, reports, and visualizations).

  • Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with revenue forecasting and GTM analytics.

  • Familiarity with additional BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

  • Knowledge of revenue lifecycle, lead-to-cash processes, and sales funnel optimization.

  • Experience with scripting languages for data analysis is a plus.
