We’re building a future where customer experiences are being redefined from support tickets and hold music to faster resolutions, richer conversations, and deeper relationships. We’re proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including a16z, Accel, Bain Capital Ventures, Coatue, and Index Ventures, along with many others.

We’re an in-office company, driven by a shared commitment to excellence and velocity. Our values — Just Get It Done, Invent What Customers Want, Winner’s Mindset, and The Polymath Principle — shape how we work and grow as a team.

About the team

Decagon’s Revenue Operations team is a multidisciplinary group of operators combining strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and high-velocity execution. Covering GTM-wide strategy, operations and analytics, we are proactive, data-driven partners to leadership – providing critical insights, driving operational efficiency and getting things done.

In this role, you will

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration: objects, fields, validation rules, flows, permission sets, and page layouts

  • Configure and maintain core sales processes — lead routing, opportunity stages, pipeline management, and forecasting structures

  • Triage and resolve user-reported issues quickly; you're the first line of support for the GTM team, not a ticket queue

  • Administer and optimize the GTM stack: Gong, Outreach, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and AI tooling

  • Design and build complex automated workflows that reduce manual work across the GTM motions — enrichment, sequencing logic, handoff triggers, data hygiene

  • Support the design and maintenance of system integrations between Salesforce and the broader tech stack, ensuring clean and reliable data flow

  • Maintain data governance standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting reliability across the stack, and document system processes, workflows, and changes

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to communicate system changes clearly and minimize disruption

Your background looks something like this

  • 2 – 6 years in Business Systems, RevOps, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company

  • Hands-on Salesforce admin experience — you've built flows, managed complex permission structures, and owned integrations end-to-end

  • Direct experience with tools like Gong, Outreach, Clay, and ZoomInfo where you had to configure and optimize, not just administer

  • Comfortable working with system integrations and APIs; you understand how data moves between platforms and what breaks when it doesn't

  • Strong data instincts — you notice when numbers are off and know how to trace it back to the source

  • Technically adept with AI tools and actively applies them to streamline GTM workflows

  • Direct communicator with the operational discipline to document what you build and bring others along on changes

  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment; you scope the problem, then move

Even better if you have

  • Experience supporting multi-segment GTM motions (SMB + Enterprise, or PLG + Sales-led)

  • Exposure to partner ecosystem tooling (Impartner or similar)

  • SQL experience

Benefits

We proudly offer the following benefits for our full-time employees:

  • Take what you need vacation policy (subject to local requirements; UK employees receive 25 days of statutory leave)

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family

  • Life Insurance and Disability Benefits

  • Retirement Plan (e.g., 401K, pension)

  • Parental Leave

  • Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot

  • Daily lunches and snacks in the office to keep you at your best

These benefits are described in more detail in Decagon’s policies, may vary by location, and can change at any time according to applicable compensation and benefits plans.
