The Role
We're seeking a Manager of Revenue Strategy and Analytics with deep analytical acumen, strong project management skills and a working knowledge of how to apply AI-driven insights to accelerate revenue performance. This role will lead key cross-functional initiatives, build and maintain critical reporting infrastructure, and optimize go-to-market processes in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Teams.
This individual will be a strategic problem solver with a strong command of data, proven RevOps experience, and a passion for operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, data fluency, and executional rigor - with the ability to leverage emerging AI tools to drive efficiency, predictability, and impact across the revenue engine.
Key responsibilities include:
Own GTM Reporting and Analytics
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights across the funnel (lead to renewal).
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and funnel conversion to drive visibility and performance.

Enhance AI capabilities to drive efficiency, predictability and impact across the revenue engine
  • Identify and implement AI-powered tools (e.g., for forecasting, deal scoring, or conversational intelligence) that enhance sales productivity and GTM performance.
  • Partner with GTM teams to operationalize AI-driven insights across pipeline reviews, deal velocity, and customer engagement.

Project Manage Strategic GTM Initiatives
  • Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and communication for high-impact Rev Ops initiatives.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of cross-functional efforts.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on targets, segmentation, and campaign strategy.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs and data consistency across tools and teams.

Annual and Quarterly Planning
  • Build models and what-if scenarios to inform goal-setting and resourcing decisions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong analytical background - advanced Excel required; experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership.

Qualifications (Education and Experience):
  • 4-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role.
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects from strategy through execution.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-generated insights to optimize sales processes, improve forecast accuracy, or automate manual workflows.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and GTM systems
  • Experience supporting complex sales motions
  • Proven ability to drive process change and manage cross-functional initiatives

Milestones for the First Six Months
In one month, you will:
  • Complete onboarding and ramp on Fusion's products, GTM model, and RevOps processes.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Teams, and Finance.
  • Get familiar with existing dashboards, reports, and planning models.
  • Begin owning recurring reporting packages

In three months, you will:
  • Own key reporting packages
  • Take over project management of one or more cross-functional efforts
  • Provide initial recommendations to improve AI capabilities, data hygiene, pipeline accuracy, or GTM alignment.
  • Have a clear action plan of items to be completed in the next 90 days

In six months, you will:
  • Begin driving strategic projects, including rolling out project frameworks, reporting, etc.
  • Serve as the go-to partner for GTM leadership to support revenue-driving initiatives
  • Build models and what-if scenarios to inform goal-setting and resourcing decisions.
