🎯 About the Role
As RevOps Systems & Tooling, you will be the architect and operator of our commercial tools, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and data hygiene across Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, Koala, and more. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support our outbound expansion.
This is a high-impact role in a scaling startup, giving you the opportunity to build, optimize, and scale RevOps from the ground up
📌 Responsibilities
- 🛠 CRM & Tech Stack Management • Administer and optimize Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, automation, and process standardization. • Manage integrations between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Koala, Salesforce). • Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement automation workflows to streamline pipeline management.
- 📊 Data & Reporting • Build and maintain dashboards & reports to provide GTM teams with real-time insights into pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue trends. • Maintain data hygiene & governance across systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue tracking. • Own the lead and opportunity lifecycle tracking, ensuring smooth handoffs between SDRs, AEs, and CSMs.
- 🚀 Sales & GTM Process Optimization • Support outbound sales expansion by optimizing lead routing, account scoring, and AI-driven prospecting. • Implement automated pipeline hygiene processes to minimize manual Salesforce updates. • Evaluate and optimize the pricing workflow to reduce inefficiencies when switching rate cards. • Streamline Inbound Demo Request workflow
- 🔄 Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions. • Work closely with Finance to streamline contract management, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and revenue reporting. • Provide training & documentation on RevOps tools and processes for GTM teams.
✅ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
- Strong Salesforce expertise (admin-level skills preferred).
- GTM Tool Orchestration: Clay or Cargo or similar tools.
- Experience managing a GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo/Outreach, Koala/6sense, and call recording tools (Gong/Chorus/Attention.io).
- Data-driven mindset—comfortable with reporting, dashboards, and automation.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling B2B SaaS company is a plus!
- SQL is a plus
