The base salary for this role is $85,000- $90,000 + commission.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive results - ensuring the team hits all KPI targets
  2. Manage dashboards/KPI’s - provide insights and forecasts to the leadership team
  3. Ensure CRM Accuracy - inspect processes to ensure all are followed to provide accurate data
  4. Team training - this includes group and one/one training, daily role play sessions in huddles, call shadowing, etc.
  5. Collaborate with and provide feedback to:  Marketing, Sales Ops, and Sales Manager — to ultimately drive results
  6. Ensure we hit our outbound sales targets through SDR team management and training

Requirements
    1. 4+ years in business/sales development
      1. At least 2 years as representative
      2. At least 2 years as manager (can include assistant manager/team lead)
    2. Documented success in both roles above
    3. Experience managing team of at 5 or more
    4. Data-driven and ability to provide valuable and actionable insights from data
    5. Experience working with HubSpot is a plus
    6. Experience with inbound and outbound lead strategies, including experience building sequences and scripting for both
    7. Experience above must be in a B2B environment
