As a Sales Development Representative, you'll manage inbound and outbound leads to qualify customers, generate sales-ready opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes and provide customer feedback.
  • What you’ll do

    • As an early member of the Sales Development team at Bridge, you will be responsible for shaping all aspects of the experience for developers entering into first contact with Bridge. Your key mission is to quickly react to inbound inquiries, to understand the customer’s business and challenges, and to identify the overlap with Bridge solutions to help them grow their business. 

  • Responsibilities

    • Promptly follow up on inbound leads to qualify them as sales opportunities, advancing solid leads through the funnel to Account Executives.

    • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to research and develop outreach materials for high-value prospects.

    • Build relationships with prospects to effectively uncover needs through discovery, qualifying interest and viability for a seamless hand-off to sales.

    • Manage lead lists, exceed service level agreements, consistently update activities and contact information within the CRM, and assist with weekly reporting.

    • Offer ongoing feedback and insights to the go-to-market (GTM) team to refine targeting and messaging strategies.

  • Qualifications

    • 4+ years in client-facing roles including sales, account management or solutions consulting.

    • Strong preference for experience in an API based business and in payments, fintech or crypto.

    • Outstanding communicator, able to quickly address discovery questions to identify the customer’s needs and converge on actionable next steps.

    • Demonstrated motivation to succeed, to be willing to challenge customers in the discovery process, and to aggressively pursue the opportunities where Bridge can have a positive impact on the customer’s business

    • Self directed, well organized and exceptional communication skills. You own your success within the organization.
