The Role - As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will spearhead efforts to improve the performance of our Sales teams. This role is pivotal in developing sales training, optimizing processes, and aligning sales initiatives with revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, operations, and training, preferably within tech or SaaS industries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Cross-Functional Sales Programs: Design and implement scalable sales enablement programs across the organization, partnering with key stakeholders.
  • Content Development: Curate and manage sales materials such as playbooks, competitive analysis, and presentations to assist the sales process.
  • Training Programs: Design and deliver virtual, in-person, and on-demand training resources to enhance the capabilities of Sales and Client Success teams.
  • Lead and continuously improve the sales onboarding process to ensure new team members ramp up quickly and effectively.
  • Implement an everboarding strategy to ensure ongoing learning, upskilling, and development for tenured sales and client success teams.
  • Regularly update onboarding and everboarding materials to reflect new strategies, product updates, and sales techniques.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Client Success teams to identify learning gaps, analyze sales performance data, and prioritize enablement efforts.
  • Measure Effectiveness: Develop KPIs to track the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Sales Messaging: Maintain consistent sales messaging across teams and create materials for specific sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Customer Success: Integrate feedback from customers and teams into refined sales strategies and enablement processes.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on the impact of sales enablement initiatives to sales leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Tools: Implement and oversee the adoption and utilization of sales tools and technology, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the sales process.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or training, ideally within tech or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and measure the success of sales enablement programs.
  • Experience with sales methodologies, curriculum creation, and competency-based training.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, and experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with building processes and initiatives in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

  • Experience with AI or SaaS products.
  • Background in sales operations or business operations within a matrix environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Gong, Highspot, or other sales enablement platforms.
